Serenity and refinement above the lake

Nice new studio, in a quiet environment. Very close to the lake. Bicycle path nearby. Creek and waterfall on cleanliness. Guests have the entire apartment, as well as a large lake view terrace. They will also have the option to store (bikes and/or skis, etc...) in our workshop provided for this purpose. Located 200 meters from the famous Lake Annecy, the apartment offers an ideal viewpoint to contemplate it at different times of the day or according to the seasons. The city of Annecy and its amenities are minutes away by car.

Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and grandiose views. Ideal chalet to share a stay with 2

Quiet 16 m2 chalet on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that climbs to the Forclaz pass, recognized by paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The cottage is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24 hours a day in my home located a few meters from the cottage. A small dining area is available in the chalet. I also offer an aperitif board with our local products (20€)

Relax in this quiet and stylish 3* furnished located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you for its privacy and comfort. Without vis-à-vis, the house is at the end of a dead end . Not suitable for children.
