The pavilion or gazebo is for the exclusive use of the guests of apartment 1. If there were no guests staying in apartment 1, guests in apartment 3 have preference for use. Guests of apartment 4 can only use it with your permission or if there are no guests staying in the apartments mentioned above. The hammocks located in the solarium in front of the pavilion are for the exclusive use of guests staying in apartment 3. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
