It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

It is an old building dating back to the late 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the time, and recently completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very evocative, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. The wood-burning fireplace of the time remained in the living room, and in the adjoining wood there are firewoods.
