The mezzanine holds a luxury king size bed for a relaxing night of sleep. Outside is a private patio dining area along with secure parking and sole use of the driveway.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Brierley Bungalow is ideally situated approximately 1/2 mile from the beach and train station. Also 1/4 mile from the picturesque village of Cockington, with its lovely Country Park. Local pubs being The Drum at Cockington Village and Chelston Manor. The garden is enclosed. The area is very quiet At the front of the property is St. Matthews Field, ideal for dog walking. Many shops including Cafes, Post Office and the COOP supermarket are just down the hill, past St Matthews church.

Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches
