Downtown Miskolc, apartment with a closed courtyard. The train station is about 1 km away. Bus stop and tram are a few minutes' walk away. Bakery 30 m, Interspar 300 m. A comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa in the living room, making it suitable for up to 4 people. In front of the apartment, you can have your morning coffee in a pleasant atmosphere, smoking is allowed on the terrace. I welcome pets. I clean the apartment myself, so cleanliness is guaranteed. Parking on the street in front of the house is free; parking in the yard is 2,000 HUF/night. Arrangement is required.

The whole family will have a good time in the mansion, which is located in a small village surrounded by hills. A large, shared courtyard, spacious room, private bathroom and kitchen await our dear guests. The whole house is uniquely furnished, authentic to the style of the house, but at the same time comfortable, with equipment that meets modern needs. The garden also has facilities for bacon roasting and barbecuing. The spacious, small apartment is also excellent for 3 people. In summer, it provides a pleasant, cool temperature due to the thick walls.

For couples, families, friends, it is perfect to relax and recharge from the warm water of the tub on the terrace to watch the panorama, the snowfall, the stars at night or the blooming fruit trees of the garden. The forest is a few steps away, there are many interesting things nearby (more information in our program guide). The sloping hills of Mátra are beautiful in all seasons! Mátranovák is a nice little village, it is worth coming to us!

The location offers excellent access to the city center, as well as quick access to the popular Kurinec – Zelená voda recreation area, which is ideal for relaxation, swimming, or walks.
