Bedroom with French window overlooking the sea, a large wardrobe and a double bed. Wonderful 50-square-meter terrace with sea view and barbecue, a small house-storage room with washing machine. The penthouse is located 80 meters from the sea, with beach access, and ten minutes from the port and station.
