The terraced villa (110 square meters) is located on the hills of Foria di Centola, within a residential complex surrounded by nature, about 10 km from the beaches of Palinuro and Camerota, easily accessible. The house is organized on two levels, on the ground floor living room and kitchen, on the attic floor two bedrooms, bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with a large garden with patio and outdoor shower. It is suitable for holidays with family or friends, a few steps from the center of Foria.

Incantevole villa a schiera, situata nel parco più bello e prestigioso di Scalea, con discesa privata alla spiaggia del complesso residenziale. La struttura si sviluppa su due livelli: al piano terra due giardini, il secondo a picco sul mare e vista panoramica sul golfo di Policastro, ampio soggiorno, cucina attrezzata e bagno; al primo piano camera da letto matrimoniale con terrazzo vista mare e seconda camera con tre posti letto e bagno.
