Nella sala,dotata di frigo,forno microonde,tostapane e macchina espresso caffè, è sistemato un divano letto; è possibile cucinare e pranzare su tavolo per 4 persone. Dalla sala si accede al bagno dotato di lavatrice,acqua calda,tutti i sanitari (WC, lavabo, bidet, doccia con cabina). All'esterno AIA attrezzata.

Our trulli are close to Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello (8 km). The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. You can also rent them both from "trulli il Colle del noce+piscina" announcement. The sea is 30 km from our place. The rental is fantastic for families and groups. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees.

Wonderful typical villa with private pool. The house, built in 1949, was recently renovated by the builder's grandchildren. It is a design house in perfect symbiosis between tradition and modernity. Every indoor area is air-conditioned. There is one bedroom, a bathroom, living room with sofa bed, habitable kitchen with a view of the pool. Externally, guests have access to a large garden, private pool, sun loungers, veranda, and Bbq.
