Kombiniert mit modernen Materialien wie Beton und Glas erzählen die ursprünglichen Altholzelemente die Geschichte von früheren Zeiten und bietet eine ganz besonderes Ambiente. Umgeben von grünen Wiesen kannst du Dich nach einer Outdooraktivität in den Bündner Bergen entspannen.

Kostenlose Besucher-Parkplätze sind direkt gegenüber dem Wohnungs-Eingang vorhanden. Gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehr (Stadtbus-Haltestelle in der Nähe) und nur 15-20 Minuten Fussweg ins Stadt-Zentrum.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Wir bieten Dir ein gemütliches Studio im Grünen, in einem ruhigen Quartier am Hang mit fantastischem Ausblick auf die älteste Stadt der Schweiz. Vom Bahnhof bis zu unserem Haus sind es 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss. Mit grossen Koffern empfehle ich, ein Taxi (CHF 15.00) zu nehmen. Unser Haus steht am Hang, es geht ziemlich aufwärts und hat viele Treppenstufen. Vom Haus zu Fuss in die Altstadt sind es 5 Minuten.
