You'll appreciate my place for the view, location and comfort. An authentic holiday home to live for families or with friends. Comfortably equipped, it is located in the countryside on the banks of the Indre. 20 km from Chinon and 25 km from Tours, close to all shops and close to the Châteaux of the Loire and Touraine vineyards. Completely renovated typical house with beams and exposed stones, you can enjoy the garden with river views.

Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. In winter, the pool is not available. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
