A vacant 50-year-old house renovated by the owner, who is an architect. This is Jindaiji Studio SAZU222 (Room 202), a modern hideaway surrounded by the nature of Shindaiji. While taking advantage of the charm of the old building, it was regenerated into a space that makes you feel excited the moment you step inside. The convenience of the city and the quiet air in the morning and evening. Enjoy a special stay where you can enjoy both. Shimadaiji, a city of history and greenery Shindaiji Temple, the second oldest temple in Tokyo, has a history of 1300 years. The rich greenery in front of the gate, the famous soba noodles, and the vast Jindai Botanical Gardens are all within walking distance. [Good Access] To the city center, take the express train from Chofu station, and it takes at least 18 minutes to Shinjuku. The premises are equipped with 5 Luup (shared bicycle) ports, and access to the station and Ajinomoto Stadium is very smooth. There are convenience stores (4-minute walk) and restaurants nearby, so even long-term stays are not inconvenient. Also, express buses depart from the Chuo-dori Shindaiji bus stop (4-minute walk). You can also directly access the Fuji Five Lakes (Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Yamanaka) and Hida Takayama, which are some of Japan's leading tourist destinations.

This room has been carefully renovated by a designer. About 10 minutes on foot from "Fuda" Station on the Keio Line and about 15 minutes on foot from "Chofu" Station. Access is also good, with Shinjuku Station a minimum of 18 minutes away by train. There are convenience stores (3-minute walk), supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, so it is a well-equipped living environment. It also has convenient access to airports from within Tokyo, Haneda International Airport is about an hour away by train, and Narita International Airport is about an hour and 30 minutes away. In addition, there is Chofu Airport in Chofu City, with regular flights to and from Izu Oshima, Niijima, and Kamitsu Island. The space is professionally cleaned and kept very clean. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It is equipped with basic daily necessities and amenities, and is comfortable even for long-term stays. Free wifi is available in the room. There is parking for cars, motorbikes, and bicycles on the guest house grounds (free of charge). However, cars are limited to small cars up to 3,800mm long. With 2 single beds and 1 double bed, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils such as rice cooker, frying pan and tableware. It is also equipped with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi and air conditioner. It is suitable for both business trip and long stay.
