Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

Nice 60 sqm apartment located in the main street of the village. It is located on the second and last floor of a historic palace. The entrance is located on the main street of the town while the windows overlook the outside of the walls offering a breathtaking view. Apartment consists of: entrance hall, living room with double sofa bed, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with roof window. It is equipped with microwave, large oven, dishwasher, washing machine and wi-fi.

19th-century Tuscan farmhouse with exposed stones immersed in the wonderful Tuscan countryside with a splendid view of the Val di Chiana. It is surrounded by a 6-hectare park with an olive grove of 300 plants. It is located in Sarteano, in the village, an ancient medieval village with a dream castle, known for the Music and Jazz Festival that takes place at the end of summer. We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.

Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
