Ce logement, chic et design, se trouve dans le centre historique d'Amboise. Situé à moins de 5 minutes à pied du Château Royal, il fait partie d'une résidence de 16ème siècle avec un jardin à la française. Les restaurants et commerces à 20 m à pied. L’emplacement idéal, avec la place de parking privée se trouve juste devant le logement. Attention ! La Chambre et la salle de bain sont à l’étage, le WC est au rez-de-chaussée. Si c’est un problème de descendre aux WC la nuit, ne réservez pas svp.

Proximité Chenonceau, Amboise, Beauval, Loches, centre-village toutes commodités à 1,2km (marché, boulangeries, superette, restaurant). Salon (1 canapé-lit d'appoint) avec cheminée fonctionnelle, TV s-a-m, salle d'eau (douche), cuisine équipée, une chambre (1 lit double), jardin vue sur le Cher clos mais les chiens moyens et grands peuvent passer par-dessus. Pas de WIFI. Draps lits et bain fournis.

Décoré et entretenu avec soin, je souhaite que vous vous sentiez détendus et comme chez vous dans ce petit cocon. Sa surface est de 43 m2 plus un balcon. Situé à moins de 10 mn en voiture du centre bourg de Montrichard où vous y trouverez tous les commerces essentiels ainsi que de bons restaurants. La résidence possède également un local à vélos.

On the garden ground for our chalet we will be happy to welcome you in the heart of the Loire and Cher castles, a stone's throw from the Beauval Zoo: very good geographical location between Tours, Blois, Amboise and Loches. The accommodation opens onto a private courtyard with personal garden furniture (barbecue, plancha, raclette service) and allows access to our large property. This house is particularly suitable for people looking for calm, greenery and walks.

Guesthouse in the Valley of the Cher

Private guesthouse located across the driveway from our house. Comfortable for a couple but it has a sofa bed in the living room that works well for 2 children. There is no kitchen (no stove, oven or hotplate) in the house but there is a microwave, mini-refrigerator, tea kettle and drip coffee machine. The guesthouse has a private entrance and patio. Check in is between 17 and 22 hours and check out is before 12 (noon).
