Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

A spacious balcony features two potted plants, overlooking a serene seascape. The calm blue water reflects the sky, with distant mountains and a sandy area visible along the shoreline. The scene captures a blend of natural beauty and tranquility.

I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The stylish apartment is located in the heart of Nafpaktos, very much the perfect base from which to explore the city from. My apartment is in a quiet alley in the old town of Nafpaktos, merely some yards from the old Port of Nafpaktos, the Mpotsaris Tower, and Psani Beach. From the balcony, one can enjoy the great sea view and the view of the Venetian Castle of Nafpaktos. The apartment retains the unique character of the architecture of the old town of Nafpaktos.

The 50sqm. accommodation is located at the Blue Flag awarded beach of the village of Chiliadou, next to the picturesque harbor and is just 10km from the cosmopolitan Nafpaktos. It is the first floor of a stone two-story house. It has a private entrance, sea view and full kitchen equipment. There is a small library on site. An outdoor shower is also available in the shared courtyard. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the home. Easy parking.

A spacious bed is centered in the room, flanked by two bedside tables with lamps. Fresh towels are neatly arranged at the foot of the bed. A floral arrangement and a wall art piece bring a touch of elegance to the soft pink walls.

The shallow bay of Chiliadou 600m from the house, is ideal for safe swimming. You have plenty of options for coffee, ouzo and food and it's very close!
