Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed

Beech Cottage with beautiful countryside views.
Our cosy terraced cottage is nestled in amongst National Trust farmland, down a small farm track. It is one of six cottages that have been converted from a stone barn. There are beautiful views of the surrounding countryside including Dorset's famous Golden Cap, with walking right from the front door. The large shared garden, makes it an ideal getaway for families or couples and each cottage has it's own parking space. Seatown beach is a very short walk away, as are the local pubs.
