Appartement spacieux face au port à 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville entièrement rénové. Commerces à proximité, cité de la mer, gare maritime... Naval groupe à 10 minutes en voiture. L’appartement se situe au dessus de notre boutique informatique au 1 er étage avec un escalier pour y accéder. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Il y a également un studio au Rez de chaussée juste au dessous de la chambre.
