Nice little studio located in the heart of Saint-Marcellin, at the foot of Vercors. This studio is very bright, quiet and close to all shops (markets, restaurants, bars, cafes, cinema). Independent accommodation with direct entrance via the garden. Many hikes or walks are available in the area, as well as lakes for swimming. Accommodation located 20 minutes from Lac de Roybon, 40 minutes from the Choranche caves and less than an hour's drive from Lans-en-Vercors among others.

A panoramic view of the dramatic cliffs of Presles dominates the landscape. Lush greenery covers the valley floor, with a small village nestled amongst the trees. Blue skies with scattered clouds enhance the natural beauty of this serene setting.

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Pretty small apartment on the 2nd floor in a town house with garden, including a kitchenette, a seating area, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet, seating area, office , 33 m2, my son with his spouse lived there 2 and a half years without me crossing them too much( same entrance), they were happy. Kitchen with small oven, 1 glass-ceramic plate, microwave oven, krups coffee maker gusto dolce .. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet Closed garage for cycling and motorbike

30 m² studio, new condition, separate entrance, quiet with private garden area. Hiking trails at the foot of the house and many tourist attractions nearby. In the countryside, not overlooked, you are guaranteed to wake up to the sound of birds singing. With a little luck you can witness beautiful sunsets! We have a rooster and geese... Bakery, pharmacy and restaurants 8 minutes away and supermarket 10 minutes away.
