You'll love this spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Attached to our house, it is thoughtfully furnished and has a separate entrance. Tranquility assured: quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is however close to public transport (200 m from the bus to Rennes), the Ker Lann campus and the expo center is 10 minutes away and Rennes city center is 20 minutes away. Shops are a 10-minute walk away. Perfect place for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Studio – 1-3 beds

The studio was renovated in May 2024 and is at the guest's disposal. A sofa bed is in the main room but for the comfort of guests it is a real double mattress, so it is not usable as a sofa. There is a single bed in the bedroom. The kitchen consists of an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge. Fully equipped with dishes and utensils Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Relaxing and totally at one with nature

The moulin cottage is situated on the river in a stunning peaceful setting.. It has its own private garden where you can fish or just relax.. There is an outdoor and indoor pool in craon.. There are walks and bridle paths and we also have a lot of cyclists stay here. We supply either an English or French breakfast for €8 per person. Evening meals are also available on request...
