À moins de 30 kms de Chartres et à 5 kms de la gare de Courville-sur-Eure (ligne Paris-Montparnasse), vous êtes ici en pleine nature, propice au calme et au repos. Cottage plein de charme dans une propriété fin XVIIIè dans un joli bourg normand avec commerces. Idéal pour les familles sur un jardin clos. Sur place, jeux enfants à disposition : ping-pong, badminton, trampoline, pétanque, vélos pour petits et grands. Pièce de vie lumineuse à la déco soignée, cuisine bien équipée et coin repas. 3 chambres et une salle de jeux à l'étage. Piscine couverte chauffée partagée avec les propriétaires. Terrasse et jardin d'hiver privatifs orientés plein sud.

Charmant cottage - 4/5 pers

Bienvenue dans ce joli cottage normand à colombages, rempli de charme, lumineux et entouré de verdure. Il se trouve au cœur d’un domaine de 2 hectares où se trouve un ensemble de 3 gîtes, bordant le cour d’eau de la Meuvette. Et parsemé d’arbres de toutes essences. La piscine est actuellement en cours de construction et sera fonctionnelle en juin prochain. Elle mesure 8x4m et est entourée d’une grande terrasse en bois. Elle est partagée avec les autres gîtes du domaine des Ecorces.
