In addition, the private trails on our 800-acre estate give the opportunity to practice forest walking, cycling, mountain biking, off-piste snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing.

Perfect place for hiking (SEPAQ, Gosford, border trails, etc.) The loft is located ~20 minutes from Parc du Mont-Mégantic (Franceville or Observatoire entrance), halfway between Sherbrooke and Lac Mégantic (~45 minutes), and 5 minutes from services: Bonichoix grocery store, gas station, restaurant, Interac, and charging station. Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. One visit and you'll be charmed. Come and admire the starry sky 🌟
