Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Our house is located in the heart of the city center, right next to the Town Hall Square and the clock, in a quiet and not very busy one-way street, with a garden that is not overlooked. The location is ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the shops of the nearby city center (bakery, chocolate shop, wine cellar, wine bar, restaurants, shops etc.).
