We have created a house based on the concept of rest, the most important aspect of which is a pleasant, soothing and satisfying atmosphere of relaxation. We are located on the outskirts, away from the noise and hustle and bustle of big cities, in Cerkiewnik. This small, truly beautiful and natural village is surrounded by the Łyna valley and located on Lake Limajno.

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Rukławki on Lake Dadaj. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple. The property is fenced. To the main beach, not even 200 m. The beach is guarded by a lifeguard, has a pier, volleyball court, playground and food stands. In addition, there is a water equipment rental point. There are many cycling trails in the area. The minimum rental period is 3 days.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. The facility to which we invite you is a newly opened, modern, 2-room with a living room and kitchen, fully equipped, comfortable house, located on a separate, large, beautifully organized plot. It is an unusual, charming place, surrounded by greenery on all sides. The 800 sq meters plot is 180 meters away from the shore of the very clean (1st class of cleanliness) Lake Łęsk. Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly onto the forest.

You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace.
