A few miles away you will find 2 golf courses, CAI trekking or mountain bike paths, or relax on loungers in the garden. The B&B called Casa Sassolo 1713 is a beautifully restored 4 fronted family home located on the top of a hill with forests, with a large garden and surrounded by black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife. It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains. The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

Reachable only by private means, it is 45 km from Bologna, 48 km from Modena and 100 km from Florence. The access road to the farmhouse is paved.

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

The apartment is located in a complex of three ancient houses whose origins date back to the thirteenth century, one of which is a manor house. Everything has been renovated in a country style. It is surrounded by a large park which includes fruit trees, a pond and a swimming pool area all immersed in the woods. Wery good restaurants cloose the house. Archery, walks, mountain biking, astronomical observatory, massages, yoga, ...etc....
