Sesmarias Mel is a traditional “Alentejana” style home located amongst the gorgeous rolling hills of the Alentejo region. The 90 ha property is situated just outside the quaint village of Cercal do Alentejo and is surrounded by the meadows and ancient cork-oak trees that are iconic to this part of Portugal. The tracks that pass the property and lead into the scenic surroundings provide ample opportunities for hiking/biking, and the beautiful beaches of the Alentejan Coast are a short drive away.

The House has 1 large bedroom with toilet and shower on the first floor and a balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Our small farm is located close to Cercal do Alentejo, an enjoyable walk away, where all amenities can be found - cozy cafes, local restaurants, grocery stores, ATM, etc. The house is set on a hectare of land with private access and parking.
