Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Small cozy guesthouse near lake.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Privat fully equipped own studio in part of villa.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.

Central Knivsta Private Tiny House

Enjoy a cozy and convenient stay in Knivsta, a cute village with easy access via train to Stockholm 28min, Arlanda airport 8min and Uppsala 9min. Our guest house has a private entrance, mini kitchen, TV with Chromecast, comfortable 140cm bed, small sofa bed and bathroom with a washing machine and nice shower. Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Belägen i ett lugnt läge vid en grönskande park har man 7min promenad till citykärnan, restauranger & caféer. Gott om parkering och harmoniskt ljusinsläpp genom hela bostaden. Fungerande öppen spis, ekgolv, fräscht badrum samt rymligt kök. Bostaden är ca 100kvm och det finns bäddsoffa ifall man är 6personer. Området är ett av Uppsalas mest attraktivaste där man har nära till allt som staden har att erbjuda.

The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015.

Nice and spacious apartment in the basement located in attractive Luthagen/Uppsala. Approximately 5-minute walk from Uppsala Cathedral and Uppsala City. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped. All necessary services are available in the immediate vicinity of the home. Here you live in the heart of Uppsala and our aim is to make guests feel at home in a place where nothing is missing. There is plenty of parking in the area for guests with cars, the fee is paid via the app on the phone.

Unique charming loft of 120 sqm with 3.40 in ceiling height . 3 rooms and kitchen and with large balcony on the roof with outdoor furniture and gas barbecue. Outside you have big nice parks and playgrounds. Nice hiking trails and Fyrisån run the corner. Quiet and cozy area. A walk of about 15 minutes along Fyrisån takes you to the city centre,or alternatively you have 1min to the city buses. Parking for car available.
