Spacious and luminous flat with view to the river

Spacious and secure flat in quiet neighbor with two large outdoor terraces with a beautiful river view. 10 mins away from the Train station, 15 mins from a street with many high quality food store and center of town. One private parking space provided in an underground garage. The flat has 3 bedrooms but we give access to only 2. Both bedrooms have brand new oak wood floor and new wallpaper. We leave coffee, tea, bread, butte, jam for your breakfast. All cleaning products and food are organic.

Si vous cherchez un endroit cosy chaleureux paisible pour vous détendre après vos activités je vous propose cet appartement de 50m2 en open space avec une chambre et pouvant accueuillir 2 personnes et un bébé . Proche de la gare et du centre ville à pied ou velib mais également bus et métro Quartier calme, commerces de proximité boucherie, caviste pharmacie, épicerie, tabac presse et à 5min galerie commerciale du colombia . Possibilité de stationner ds la cour pour eviter les parcmètres.

Nous habitons notre appartement à l'année et le louons occasionnellement via AirBnB lorsque nous nous absentons. Nous ne pouvons donc répondre favorablement aux demandes de locations longue durée.
