It's in an ideal spot - just a 2-minute drive from town but in a quiet neighborhood. A rental car is recommended but not absolutely necessary for those who are able to walk up long and very steep hills. This apartment is on the lower level of a private home that is currently in the process of being rebuilt after the hurricanes.

The pool is private with a spacious pool deck, lounge chairs, comfortable seating and a picnic table for family BBQs. It’s the perfect place for morning coffee, sunset cocktails and star gazing. Or a relaxing day playing in the pool. The bedrooms have A/C for a great nights sleep.

Now with full TESLA solar! Perched on one of the highest peaks on St. John, the views from Villa Nesta are breathtaking. The large deck overlooks Coral Bay, Bordeaux Mountain, and surrounding islands. Sunrise and sunset are enjoyed from this beautiful spot on Ajax Peak. Floor to ceiling windows in the great room make this cozy villa feel open and bright. A/C keeps it cool although not necessary with the sliding glass doors to welcome the cool breezes in.
