Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing, or just relaxing. The price inludes tax (2€ Nov-Mar, 8€ Apr-Oct)

The stone house is at the edge of a deserted village of the 18th century, Paleohori (Old Village), built at 1930 and restored at 2005, in a land of 3.000 square meters. Located on a hill of mount Arakinthos in Aetolia, at a height of 250m., with a unique magic view to the biggest natural lake of Greece, Trihonida. House by the sea, live in nature.

It is 30 meters from the sea, completely isolated and operates with an autonomous photovoltaic system of limited power consumption. It is forbidden to use a device over 1000 watts, electric iron, etc. The beach in front of the house is often cleaned by local bodies but there is the possibility that with a strong wind it will bring out some garbage. Also the last three hundred meters of road need a lot of attention, it is a steep downhill and sometimes a little damaged after rain
