With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Escape Berlin - Tiny House with Sauna

The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. Idyllic hiking trails in the winding Linkselb valleys are just as much to be discovered as the wine town of Radebeul with the Spitzhaus (fantastic view of the Dresden Elbe Valley) and the historic village green Alt-Kötzschenbroda (pubs) Please leave the extra 30.00 for the cleaning lady in cash.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
