Delightful 2p of 32 m2 on the 5th floor with ascent and wide balcony offering an exclusive 180 degree view of the royal canal opening onto the harbor and the sea. Conveniently located between Halles, City Hall and Criée. The main room welcomes us from dawn the rays of the Levant and offers us a view of the turquoise water and the merry ballet of the graciously flying seagulls. This charming 2p pleasantly tempered by an air conditioning, fully equipped for very comfortable stay in an elegant and poetic setting. Happiness!

Chez Ismama - quiet and air-conditioned

Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator – narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to explore the city center in a very pretty square. Monuments and shops are a 2-minute walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in living room). Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as kitchen essentials. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the neighborhood and will be available if needed.

Responses from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms have stunning sea views from the 4th floor. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. Personal apartment so I only rent to visitors with positive reviews.
