Fully renovated fisherman's house with two bedrooms upstairs, a living room, a shower room, an independent kitchen. Terrace with lawn at the front of the house, and courette at the back (bike access). Located in the heart of Cayeux, on a quiet street, 300 meters from the sea and all shops. Our 115 m² Cayolaise villa is located 50 m from the city center and the beach. The Baie de Somme is 10 min by car, accessible by the bike path 700 m away. Come and fully enjoy the sea view from our two comfortable master suites including one on the 1st floor with a crib and one on the 2nd floor as well as a double bed room located on the 1st floor and a relaxation area with free sauna. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends, in any season.
