Beautiful seaside cottage in the heart of picturesque Mumbles Village. Local shops, restaurants and pubs are within a few minutes walking distance. Plenty of wonderful beaches nearby including Langland, Rotherslade and Caswell and numerous coastal walks. There is a promenade from Mumbles to Swansea which is about a 5 mile walk. The Gower peninsula is a 20 minute drive away. The cottage is entirely self-contained and has its own outdoor area with a table and seating.

A delightful fisherman’s cottage just off the seafront. It has one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a dining table with four chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath. The cosy living room has seating for 5 people, a smart television, a docking Bluetooth station and a wood burner.

A serene landscape along the coastline features a rolling green lawn bordered by trees, with several benches positioned for enjoying views of the calm sea. The tranquil atmosphere is enhanced by soft hues in the sky as dawn approaches.
