It is a 10-minute walk from the Ancient Theater, very convenient for concerts and events, a 2-minute walk from Piazza IX Aprile and Piazza Duomo. The pool and garden are shared with my family living in the two apartments located in the same residence (one is by the pool and one is above yours).
