Antica casa colonica con giardino

La casa che risale al 1600 circa è stata perfettamente restaurata. I suoi muri in pietra molto spessi fanno in modo che la temperatura sia ottimale in inverno ed estate. Oltre al fascino della casa antica, ha il pregio di essere situata sulla collina piu' vicina al centro della città, Pistoia. Per questo si puo' ammirare la vista della città dall'alto. Il centro storico dista solo 3 Km. La mia casa è quindi un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare le citta' vicine come Prato, Firenze e Lucca.

Il nostro alloggio è sulla tranquilla montagna pistoiese uno degli ultimi luoghi in cui domina il verde, dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato, dove il silenzio viene infranto solo dal cinguettio degli uccelli e il suono delle campane. Il territorio offre molte possibilità a tutti coloro che sentono la necessità di passare un po' di tempo a contatto con la magnificenza di Madre Natura. Il Castellare a Mammiano

Il Castellare si trova in una posizione panoramica e tranquilla a nord del paese di Mammiano. Dalle finestre dell'appartamento, al secondo piano, si può ammirare il paesaggio circostante dal Monte San Vito lo sguardo passa verso la Penna di Lucchio, le Torri di Popiglio fino alle cime inconfondibili del Libro Aperto. Non passa inosservato il famoso Ponte Sospeso, illuminato anche di notte. Il paese di San Marcello è raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 15 minuti.
