Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Splendido appartamento al primo piano in palazzina da due piani .Zona centrale. Tutte le finestre e il balcone affacciano sul mare. Pavimento in parquet rovere sbiancato. Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati ( Conad , Dok, Eurospin ed altri ) . Sono inoltre presenti piccoli ristoranti, bar e pizzerie .Perfetto per tutti i periodi dell'anno.
