Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

It is just 8 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the island's emblematic sites. To the north, we find the kilometer-long Las Canteras beach and to the south, the impressive Maspalomas Dunes. And just 5 minutes away from the cave restaurants in the Barranco de Guayadeque.

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

The house is ideal for both short stays (due to its proximity to the airport) and long stays as it is very well connected to both the capital and the tourist area in the south of the island.

The penthouse is located in the central area of Carrizal, 5 minutes from Gran Canaria Airport, 5 minutes from Burrero beach, and 25 minutes from Maspalomas. The penthouse is fully equipped, with 2 bedrooms (the second room will be set up for the third adult guest over 16 years old), a living room-kitchen-dining room, a spacious living room-kitchen-dining room with a work area, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, and a sun terrace chill-out area.

Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome. Active people can go hiking, cycling and much more. We have a lot of tips for you, also not so well known.
