The property is nestled in the middle of local vineyards and productive farm lands. It is also in close proximity to Conimbla National Parkes where you can enjoy the Australian bush at your leisure. Cowra is famous for local produce and the Cowra Breakout. The home boasts multiple living areas both inside and out. Relax in the peaceful gardens or by the pool.

Freshly painted, new carpet and high-quality appliances have given this apartment a fresh and modern feel. "Claremont Studio" is situated on the ground floor of our permanent residence. "Claremont Studio" apartment has two entrances – both are separate and totally private from our residence. We also offer a light breakfast (for the first morning of your stay). Min 2 night stay.

Easy access to wineries, parks and dining for which Orange is renowned. Your booking includes use of the tennis court, bbq and fire pit, with wood for one fire. You can enjoy the beautiful garden with magnificent trees from the private front porch which has a BBQ and outdoor seating. Located on 15 acres on the edge of town. It is a few minutes drive from Orange's CBD as well as a short drive to Millthorpe Village.
