Beautiful little house located 5 min walk to the City of Carcassonne. The living room includes an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed and direct access to the terrace and garden. You will find one bedroom and one bathroom (separate toilet). A stone's throw from the Cité, restaurants and the city center, the location is ideal for visiting and soaking up Carcassonne. Private parking space at the entrance to the house.

It includes a pleasantly soundproofed and air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed, a desk, a connected flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, dishwasher). Bathroom with rain shower, hair dryer, toiletries provided free of charge. Toilet linens and bedding provided.
