I am pleased to welcome you to a charming 2-room refurbished apartment, overlooking the courtyard (2nd floor without elevator) with a view of Saint-Vincent Church. The apartment is located in the heart of the bastide, in the city center, a stone's throw from the market square and the pedestrian street. The train station is a 5-minute walk and the Cité de Carcassonne is about 20 minutes away. I live on the ground floor of the building and will be able to welcome you in the best possible way! You have a perfect starting point for beautiful walks, e.g via the scenic Old Bridge, pedestrian, directly to the Cité or infinitely footpath along the river Aude. Located at the foot of the medieval city of Carcassonne and in a quiet area, our apartment provides all the comforts for a pleasant stay in the region. Enjoy the city of Carcassonne (festival June and July), the Cathar castles, the Canal du Midi, spend pleasant moments in the Black Mountain, tour the vineyards (Minervois, Corbiére, Fitou,...) or a day at the sea... We don't have parking but parking is free in the area.
