Cozy modern holiday home of 130 sqm. on two floors. Furnished front yard with fence/gate. Partly covered terrace with lounge furniture and large gas grill. 3 bedrooms with good Nocturne beds (180x200 cm.). Large living room on the 1st floor with balcony. Large bathroom with shower and small guest toilet with washing machine. Open kitchen/family room with wood-burning stove and garden doors out to the terrace. Swimming pool and tennis courts open from April 1st - October 15th. CAN ONLY BE BOOKED BY PERSONS OVER 24 years old.

Vacation home near sandy beach

This holiday home is located in a holiday village with 52 houses, divided into 5 clusters. There is a shared swimming pool (remember towels for outdoor use), playground, common house, laundry room, parking space, and waste container. All grass areas are shared. Do NOT park at the house. The house is for 4 people, but by arrangement a fifth person can be allowed. I am not a big fan of pets, but by agreement it can be arranged. It is about 300 meters to the beach. The town is located in a forest, with plenty of nature.

This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay with views of Copenhagen. There is a large private beach and a nice bathing bridge. Private heated pool, which is covered, but which can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented in the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, a hallway and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both up and down, and free parking can be done both up and down in relation to the property.

Suitable for families with children, with numerous activities: trampoline, table tennis, fire pit, swings, sandbox, large lawn. Good internet connection. 2 x Apple TV.
