The beachfront property is situated in the ‘Livadi’ area, in the heart of Aegina, only 1.5km away from the main city of the island and a short 2-minute walk from the house of the famous Greek writer Nikos Kazantzakis. It offers an unobstructed view of the sea and direct access to a beautiful beach.

The guest house is on the first floor of one of the most historic buildings of Aegina island, located in the centre of the market and nightlife and 5 minutes from the harbour. The house has a typical bohemian atmosphere in an Art Deco style, combining vintage items with modern architecture, preserved in its furnishings, to give our guests the feeling of a romantic dip into the past. It is composed of three areas, one bedroom, one living-room, wc and a private entrance with a garden.

This is a wonderful traditional house in the center of Aegina, built in the 19th century and completely renovated in 2024, preserving and highlighting its architectural elements. It is located opposite the Metropolitan church, within the historical center of Aegina, in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. It is only a 5' walk from the port and next to the local market. The place is ideal for families as well as for couples and mini groups.

Villa Oinoni is located in Plakakia, one of the most picturescue areas of Aegina. At a distance of 150 metres from the sea, the house offers amazing sea and sunset views. Aegina's ring road is 100 metres away, and its seaside location offers a perfect scenery for cycling, walking, running, etc. Aegina's port is 3-4 minutes away by car and 20-25 minutes on foot. (Climate Resilience Fee), 15 euros per night, to be paid.
