Ideal for families with children (high chair, crib available). 15 minutes from Port Aventura and 15 minutes from the Paseo Marítimo de Salou, walking along El Cami de Ronda.

Apartment in Cap Salou, just a 4-minute walk from the beach, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable, two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a trundle bed. Ocean and pool views. Very well equipped, Nespresso, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, air conditioning, heating, etc. The community is very quiet and family-friendly, with gardens, swimming pools, ping pong tables, a playground, and large common areas where children can play.

A spacious terrace is equipped with a round table surrounded by six white chairs, offering direct views of a sandy beach and calm sea. Lush greenery and coastal cliffs are visible in the background, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

Apartment 110 m , fully equipped , seafront , direct access to the beach , 3 rooms , 2 bathrooms , equipped kitchen , jacuzzi , terrace , pool. shared garden , air conditioning , wi-fi , Netflix , Prime Video , garage , playground , elevator , log fire , etc… 15 minutes to Port Aventura , Ferrari Land and Aquapark Costa Caribe. Close to many restaurants but in a calm and quiet place. Barcelona airport is just over one hour away. The swimmimg pool is open from May 1 until October 31.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

The house is very bright, recently renovated, and has all the amenities such as a 55 "TV with Smart TV, air conditioning and large terrace.The situation is exceptional, in an enclave with concierge, private security 24 hours, swimming pool with sunbeds and private parking included.The beach is 100 meters away, and in the surroundings you will enjoy all the possible services (Spa, wellness, Gym ..)
