The apartment is part of an open waterfront condo (the beach is a 10-minute walk away); it has a private entrance and an amazing view overlooking the common areas of the house. It has a bathroom, SMART TV,, sofa, coffee maker, microwave, reading lamp, AC, ceiling fan, mosquito net, kitchen, etc. The house has a 16 camera closed circuit in the common areas.
