It is a fully renovated apartment 100 meters from the beach. Very close to the best restaurants and the Guardia port with 2 minutes access to supermarkets and shops. It is on the first floor and consists of 1 bedroom with FHD TV - Smart TV, bathroom with bathtub and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee area, living room with small desk, sofa bed, heating and TV Smart TV.
