We were very doubtful about where to establish our residence, if by the Atlantic swells or rather by the coniferous forest on the skirts of Teide. Being fanatics of nature and sports, no matter if it's trekking, cycling, paragliding, golf or windsurfing we decided we would rather stick to the middle road, and in our search we bumped into San Miguel, a charming small town, away from the hustle and off the beaten track, still all amenities a short walk away. We surely found the perfect balance.

Garden of about 300 m2, full of plants, a sunbathing area with loungers and chairs, umbrellas and a fantastic private heated hot tube .Guests can also use the large community swimming pool which is located right in front .

Outside terrace offers a fantastic haven to enjoy outdoors living and soak up the sunshine. There is a very large private swimming pool which ensures hours of fun for all the family and offers pool 5 m by 10 m heated during the winter months which makes this villa a fantastic choice all year round. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
