Welcome to La Hija de Kika, a quiet and characterful loft in the historic centre of Calella, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. Located on the ground floor beside Els Filipinos, a distinctive Modernist house dating from 1906, the loft combines contemporary comfort with a setting rich in architectural character and local history. The apartment has been carefully renovated and furnished with a distinctive mix of design, comfort and personality. Bright and peaceful, it is ideal for couples or friends looking for a well-equipped base close to everything. The loft opens onto a private courtyard and garden, offering a calm outdoor space for breakfast, reading or an evening drink. The sleeping area features a zip-and-link bed with two separate mattresses that can be prepared either as twin beds or joined together as a king-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for short and longer stays, with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, fridge and everything needed to prepare meals with fresh local ingredients. La Hija de Kika is designed to feel less like a standard holiday rental and more like a home with its own identity. Golf enthusiasts can also reach Camiral, formerly PGA Catalunya, by car. Considered one of Spain’s leading golf resorts, it has been selected to host the 2031 Ryder Cup.

Living room with fully equipped open kitchen, 1 double room with double bed, 1 double room with 2 twin beds that can be put together for double, 1 double sofa bed in the living room. Private rooftop terrace with dining area and chill out area overlooking the sea. The apartment is equipped for 4 people max. Quiet, family friendly area. Groups not allowed. Families only. Fully equipped kitchen and we'll always leave you something for breakfast in case you arrive late. Fridge/Freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob and capsule coffee maker, and everything you need to cook. We have a folding crib and a baby chair in case you need them. We'll leave you umbrellas for the beach. You can also use our cooler to take food to the beach. Smoking is allowed, but please do so only on the balcony or terrace, as not everyone likes to enter an apartment that smells of tobacco. There is a table with two chairs on the balcony to be able to smoke and have a coffee comfortably and also a chill out area on the terrace to enjoy the views with the cigarette.
