For sure, it is the best location in the city of Caldas Novas🤗. Located in an upscale neighborhood close to clubs. The flat is 30 m2 and is a few meters from the Tayo Hotel, SESC, Privé, Riviera and Water Park. There are 3 swimming pools with hot and cold water, 2 hot tubs, a sauna (due to COVID the sauna is closed) and a Jacuzzi. The water park is open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. It is not allowed to take food and drinks to the leisure area. We have a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The garage is rotating.
