Newly built apartment, 5 minutes by car from the city center (3 km). The building is in a residential area and the apartment has 2 bedrooms with a balcony, one of which is a suite, and a bathroom. The kitchen is in the American style, which is integrated with the living room that has a large 50'' TV with Internet. Our space is safe and follows Airbnb's hygiene protocols. It has an internal parking space, but it fits two small cars. The apartment is on the ground floor (no stairs).
