Stunning loft style house 5 mins from the square

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

The house is an exclusive place situated less than 1 mile away from Deià, 500yd from Llucalcari and 4 miles from Soller. It is situated in a privilege place called Serra de Tramuntana. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

Very quiet and sunny, an incomparable setting. The village of Fornalutx has received several European awards for its conservation with the environment. The house is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend beach days in the port of Soller with all the activities you want. It is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
