Beautiful villa in the hills of Santa Ponsa. Close to the center with frontal sea views and views of the beach of Santa Ponsa. Our house impresses with two luxurious terraces. Our house is also equipped with a beautiful outdoor kitchen in summer and a sauna for the winter months. Note on pool heating: The pool is heated to around 24 degrees in the winter months. These figures are average values and may vary upwards or downwards.

4 Star **** Guest Room in a Gorgeous rustic chalet with holiday rental license. Only just a few min away from the many beaches ,mountains and fantastic Calvia coast life. Located on a little hill in a very quite and peaceful little village with a stunning view over the mountains of Costa de la Calma. Private entrance /parking/ private sunny terrace/ kids play area and use of pool and gardens for a super price!:)

The house is located in a very quiet area of Paguera 10 minutes from the beach walking, and only 5 minutes from the Boulevard de Paguera. It has two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, hot/cold air conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, TV with foreign channels. Sheets and towels are also available.
